Let me ask a simple question since I am new to the board:
Since you all seem to be expecting a big gap-up in the next 14 trading days, why aren't you all buying now when the share price is very low?

I have already committed all the funds I have available. If I had additional funds or margin, I would certainly be buying IDCC now.

I sense the IDCC share price at this level is a terrific bargain and I do see a big gap up within 3 weeks.

I anticipate either a very substantial arb award or a settlement including 3G by end of day May 31st If there is a last minute mutual request for a delay in announcing an award I believe there will be a letter of understanding in place between Nok and IDCC, which will lead to an agreement on 3G and possibly some joint project. I believe the odds of bad news for IDCC is not higher that 1 or 2 in 20, or 5% - 10%.
