I was glad to see that they finally listed the correct Share Structure on their OTC Pink site.
Maybe the yield sign has something to do with the attorney letter. Didn’t someone point out yesterday that Arne Ray is listed as CPA in the attorney letter but his license in Texas has been revoked? I don’t know if that’s true. I guess it could be a problem if the CEO is doing his own books without outside/qualified supervision. That would be a fox watching the hen house situation.
I’m sure Gary is still in town to get this fixed before his big speech on the 19th. There really isn’t any reason for him to be down there 6 days early. If he did decide to take the wife (ie eDoorways Secretary) on a little vacation, I’m sure Lance the COO can get this straightened out. Lance shouldn’t be going to the General Assembly. He’s too old to be going on vacation with Mom and Dad.
Could it have anything to do with the one year anniversary of this?
