I say unlikely.
There may be something they are closing in Russia (at the meeting anyway) that would merit top slot in the update but otherwise I think they are just saying he hasn't written it yet.
No biggy - the first miss in how many months for the fortnightly updates?
Would love to see financials for Q4 and Q1 released Monday though.

Anything is possible...but it would be only a guess.....we will have to wait and see.
