dmiller-Just can't imagine Jorma letting arb panel decide his fate. He is on his way out and he knows there is a trigger for 3g that he doesn't control.jmho-Can't see a guy with his ego letting IDCC kick his butt twice without some way of spinning it another way-Look for settlement soon!
