I was there for his last public company and their "business model" there. They played on peoples emotions for their pets,(which is a very low thing to do)raised the A/S 3 times in 6 months for dilution purposes(3B to 20B) and walked away.
By the way, did you get to vote when they raised the A/S here?
They did the same thing at pharmaCON, didn't have to even ask the shareholders. Sound familiar?
The majority shareholders just handed Gary and Sharon a very nice pay package and benefits. There's even a severance package in it.
Did you vote on that?

Can't in all honesty say that until the company proves it.

So far, the history is all we have and therefore it's the present as well, by default.

Even if they announce some new direction, there would still be a lot of baggage here. The main baggage would be the officers. ( :
