Are you now posting that you don't know who to call to get the answer to why no FTDs haven't been reported since July 09?? That would certainly contradict all the posts to me and others by you replying there are no FTDs..All the posts stating that they have to be reported and because site shows no FTDs for EXPH..there were none..Was that all speculation?? You can thank SB for putting me to the task a long time ago to find the answer..Which I did and reported here while you were posting..I sure don't remember you asking me for names and numbers back then..Your posts suggest that you are an authority on the subject of shorting shares and FTDs..So I am sort of thrown back when you request a name and number..
As far as that..no way.. I will give a shortcut..Start with the Trading and Markets Division of the SEC..It will save many calls to others that had no answer..There is a nice lady there who can direct you to the the name and number of the person I asked the question of about EXPH and FTDs..By the way..There were no conspiracy theories thrown in or any other topic which many like to post was thrown in..Only the simple question.." Why are no FTDs reported for EXPH since July of 09?? As I stated before..please report back the answer you get from a true authority that refutes what I have posted on the subject..It won't happen..That is because I got the answer from an actual authority that knows the answer..Good luck in your quest..
