Actually no he's not playing the stock game. He's not trying to bring the PPS up to make a quick buck with a flip. He's trying build up the company and he's doing so by informing investors about what's going on.
R u kidding me? if he makes no announcement we bash, if he makes announcement he is playing the stock game? Have you considered that it may be the most effective way to provide weekly reports to the shareholders and not necessarily to play the stock market?
However, his objective and how the market really use the information may not be the same.
