I assume that the market is waiting for concrete details before exploding, considering it is a penny stock. All I know is that I've held this when it was worth twice as much as it is now and since then the reserves have grow and we now have a PARTNER WITH $17-19,000,000 to commit to the almost guarenteed drilling success. Seems as close to a no-brainer as it gets in pennyland. Just added this morning @ .37.

Can you share how many shares are outstanding and how many are tightly held? And by whom if you know. Assume Holloman Corp Engineers hold a substantial amount.
