It is sitting on support and its 50 day not far from the 200 day SMA.

I think with the updated Patent Valuation of $32M

which is almost $20M more than their recent Financial filing stated and there they had $31M in assets

So they no whave about $50M in assets and only $50K debts/ liabilites

They are moving into a BRAND NEW Facility that they are Buying, and Howard said that that there where more patents that are not even included in any of the figures!

I dont know if the NEW building will become an asset, but if it does, there will be even more value...need to ask about that?

I think the keo here is more of NO DILUTION for 6mos, and ALL o fthe insiders shares which are a massive 97% o fthe O/S are
under RESTRICTION for min 1 YR

obviously the do have funds or access to funds, or they wouldnt have committed to NO DLUTION for min 6mos.

Obviously the are moving along at an alarming rate to get into production, they freakin moved from limited info to Pinksheets "Current information" in just about 3 weeks from when they announced it!!!

The next big move would obviously be, getting the facilty ready for production, and getting off pinksheets, and on to another exchange!

I persoanlly think Pharmstar managment has done a Excellent job so PHAR in such a short period of time...

Please keep in mind they just acquired the shell

look at AQUAPRINS merits over the giants in the market!AQUAPRIN is a giant killer....something like david (goliath killer)!...and its very sure thing that the company is going to give its rivals a sure headache.....and intellectual property is considered a very real value.

I absolutely agree..good post..I keep chit real as it appears you do ...Granted the float is extremely low...the total O/S still factors in here in figuring marketcap as well...so not only do they currently not have revs etc...the market cap itself is a bit high at this point for what they have or actually may have.....as it gets closer to time for prodcution etc..the market may value the potential a little higher...as they might actually have the real deal mcneal here...but again thats a year and half out .... for penny players that is an eternity ... but i think it will keep bigger players out of this ...and thus give us a chance to scrap shares with profits from other plays over the course of this year...

goodluck i'll be here checking things out from time to time...no position yet...as i think this has more room to fall from here as opposed to run...atleast in the next few months...but who knows...the story sounds good thus far...which is probably why its geting the valuation it currently has...

goodluck to all in...in this end this could be a record runner..but remmeber at 1$ a share this would have a 1billion markt cap... if CEO would cancel some shares down the road..it could really benefit the other holders...

The giant companies have to come up with something to counter the threat posed to them by PHARMSTER or......set their sights to buy out..any thing is possible..and the PPS right now is pathetically ridiculous and i congratulate all investors old and new for picking up the cheaps your profits will be greater than us older investors!
