I didn't say that. I said they have no cash flows and operations. that's it and right now they don't. Everyone on the board wants some Aquaprin because of the current stock price, LOL but the fact is they don't make it commercially right now so you'll have to settle for tylenol.
The facility will absolutely go into their balance sheet as prop,plant, & Equip. The depreciation will show on the income statement.
Again, I am not bashing just stating the current situation.
