Great article and it quotes HRCTs (old?) auditor. Shows some reasons my whole portfolio is in NYSE stocks and all of them audited by big four CPA firms.
Always seems the NASDAQ is eager to add junk listings, until the truth about those firms comes out, as it did in 2000-2001 with dot coms.
It's been a decade since Enron and Arthur Anderson tarnished the NYSE, but that exchange has proven to be the reliable place to invest. Enron was unique.
