Any one who wants to... can hire a lawyer, and tell them whatever they want... seeking to induce them to provide the advice they'll get based on what they tell the lawyer... whether it is true or not.
Of course, only fools and criminals DO lie to their lawyers.
Still, liars hire lawyers all the time... without the lies they tell their lawyers ever making their lies true.
Anyone who thinks you go out to hire a lawyer to "tell you what to do" is an idiot. Lawyers are employees... who, like any other employee, need to know the what the situation is to be able to perform for you. If you lie to your employees, you should probably expect they'll have a hard time actually performing, given the mistakes that are likely to occur when they assume things that aren't true. If you don't know what you are doing... going out and hiring a lawyer... STILL won't fix stupid.
On the rest, obviously, that you don't like the answers I've given you... doesn't mean I've not answered you.
You want me to pretend you CAN show me what you posit... but, you can't... so, I decline your offer to play those pretend games.
Instead, I will address the facts and the reality I see... whether you choose to ignore the obvious or not.
