Woah... So you are suggesting that Turinni hired a reputable lawfirm just to recommend that he sign the 8ks so he could take over the company for his own self interests?!?

What evidence do you have to support this accusation?

You also conveniently side stepped the other part of my question:

"What would be your take on things if it came to surface that the only reason Turinni signed the 8k was that everyone on the BOD and in leadership agreed on the fact that he should"

Lets not forget that Dave is very much involved in this whole thing. Knowing Dave, I HIGHLY doubt that he would just sit at the sidelines and allow such a thing to occur.
