i think we will all be pleased with the financials about to come out, and i'm thinking this may be the last round of dilution, before this boat starts sailing on it's own. might the a/s get bumped up some, yes. do i expect much more in the way of dilution here to cover any basic month to month costs, no.

proforma profitability means operating costs minus one time charges, meaning the company is expecting in Q2 to start covering it's basic month to month expenses based on company revs alone. this is a big deal for any new business, when a company's books goes into the black in regards to their profits vs monthly operating costs.

expecting to see company sales numbers to keep on rising here for Q1, and this will make me very happy!
