LOL. Increase of 213million shares since 9/30/10 and an increase of 160 million shares since 12/31.

This looks like a dilution machine. Now that the O/S = A/S I expect an increase in A/S is coming soon.

Kinda rules out that Q2 quarter profitable proforma (whatever that means) safe harbor covered projection.

How's that math?
