Mike...you know that if Expo was DTC ineligible when the ETC spinoff was planned, that could have had something to do with the issuance of unregistered securities then and ETC's "dividend" cancellation. I haven't found enough information yet to see how it could affect a spin-off, but it will be interesting to discover if it did. That would mean Expo knew about this back at the beginning of 2010...maybe a good deal before that. And did nothing to correct the problem or couldn't do anything to correct the problem. Which means they probably can't do anything about it now either. All IMHO.
