They have plans to expand soon and open pizza shops up at new locations. When "FRANCHISING" begins it takes off fast! EMPZ cancelled the shares at a great time! Once EMPZ Empire Pizza Holdings, starts to expand/grow, increase in stock value, purchasing additional pizza shops becomes easier, with a higher stock price, as then EMPZ, can use the "CANCELLED"/TREASURY" shares to buy established pizza shops! Thus increasing revenues! Great plan!

I've researched hundreds of sub penny stocks and none of them owned anything. They all operated out of some guys house or a P.O. Box or Suite number in some building where they were rarely even in.
