The part I highlighted in bold was just said yesterday...If they sell the shell for say 500-800K, how does that cost them a 'bunch of money'?

Unfortunately not, the assets are being sold to the private company. The shares remain with the estate and at some point the shell will either be sold or the shares will be canceled according to the Plan.

If everything was smooth, why would he even state that? Why would he even mention the shares being canceled!? I got faith, im still in! Im just trying to cure my curiosity bc all the money I own to my name is in this Company.
