No it wasent from yesterday, it has been said before. Why would anyone buy the shell with out any shares to go along with it? So unless they cancel the shares, which would cost them money, the commons will have value at some point and time, right?
Because they have purchased CGSY's commons! This email that has been floating around since "yesterday" IMO is not legit...they've PURPOSELY structured this BK in a VERY specific way. If CGSY didn't mean anything to Pivotal this would have gone CH 7 and ALL shares would be toast.
Be patient everyone, we have exactly three weeks until the 31st....if nothing happens then, start asking questions.
