j70k: true. If we are going to over-analyze what is said during CCs, we then have the license to over-analyze what is not said.

For instance, nothing to do with the arbitration, doesn't mean it had nothing to do with negotiations with NOK or a discussion of delaying the arb decision to give additional time for a negotiated settlement.
