No Scam, The Dominican Republic government would never let CGAQ use it's name in a SCAM, or in a PR if its fraudulent, also CGAQ would loose everything in the DR if they were "Pulling a SCAM" over the government..JMHO

I would hope that everyone here has a sense that a float 'lock up' is near. Longs are in control IMHO! Piddly volume and moves on air are apparent. Future is cloudy to say the least but holding LONG with a sig amount of shares averaged down to .01's. Been here since CGAQ's inception and still not selling,although my heart skips a beat watching the daily swings in my portfolio! NO SCAM is my vote. GLTA
