Curious.....

I am rather new here but reviewing some of the boards information.

If Pivotal is still majority shareholder here, (is it??), it would make sense to see a r/m into CGSYQ after purchasing all assets minus debt into a private firm.

Why would Pivotal wish to forfeit all of their shares or see them reside in an empty shell????

Just trying to sift through all the information...
