We have already received these emails before. Of course the shares remain with the estate, they would have to if there is to be a reverse merger. No one here has said they think CGSYQ ill go private, some of us believe Pivotal or a compnay they represent will go public through the CGSYQ shell. They cant give any answers through email to these questions, even if they have the answers. The thing is, after reading the filings, which im sure someone as smart as you has done, why did they structure the purchase of the assets the way they did? My theory is they have a plan for the shell. Whats your theory?
