It has nothing to do with anything else than this: you are trying to take the Letter of Intent as it means nothing, that it's almost a negative thing. It's obvious you don't know what you're talking about. Don't twist my words. Read my post# 5248:

"There is a SLIGHT chance nothing happens, but maybe that presents another opportunity for some other company to come along. Maybe even bigger and more lucrative than ZSTN.

There is a very good chance if ECDC is not bought out, they will get some "joint venture" partnerships with ZSTN in China possibly, a marketplace they are not currently in.

There is a better chance of something VERY BENEFICIAL happening between the 2 companies, and either way ECDC benefits because the spotlight and attention is on them considering such a successful company in the marketplace is taking a look at them

THIS IS A WIN-WIN SITUATION! That is not even looking at the innovative product ECDC has and all the success they will have throughout this year! We will see what develops."
