SANTA ANA, Calif., May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AquaStar Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RPPR) is pleased to announce that SUTIMCo's COO, Fred Rogers, was featured in an interview on ChartPoppers.com (ChartPoppers.com/iReports). During his interview, Mr. Rogers discussed that it has always been a goal to expand the Company's presence in the emerging technologies market as was the case with the initial acquisition of AquaStar Corporation and ultimately with the acquisition of SUTIMCo.
During his interview, Mr. Rogers went on to describe that the SUTIMCo business strategy avoids the limitations of working solely with one technology; it allows the Company's management team to "cherry pick" the very best technologies, taking innovation from laboratory to marketplace. He also discussed the Company's plans to complete a name change to SUTIMCo International to better reflect the new business model. Additionally, Mr. Rogers stated that in the short term the Company is working with financing partners to advance Capwave, the wind turbine technology, and AquaStar down the development path as well as the expectation to add new technologies to the portfolio throughout the remainder of 2011.
