Do you know the facts behind the Microsoft/Yahoo deal? My guess is probably not. MSFT offered at $31 per share, Yhoo wanted $40..MSFT didnt want that, Yhoo tanked to $14/share. In 2009 Yhoo and MSFT partnered and yhoo stock shot up to $19 or so on that news. Cant compare this with that...
