Facts are more than a few people called and asked the SEC about this and it was made clear that Gendarme and Gendarme alone is being charges.

There were posts about this at the time on this board.

Since the restrictions were fraudulently and illegally removed, your suppositions are incorrect. SEC's actions will only deal with the fraud, but a great first step in the process to stop this stock manipulation.

And many companies and investors were defrauded besides RCCH.
Looking forward to updates on the trial.

Asking for that link is like saying "Please provide a link that says the SEC is not investigating or not going to charge Dakota Dad .... or frogdreaming.... or Uncle Tim's 3rd cousin once removed." Regulators, or history books, or people do not announce what they are not doing except in very specific cases. Normally, if someone IS being investigated or charged there would be information available. Since there is NO information available that says RCCH or Gene are being investigated, then they probably aren't.
