According to the SEC they bought them all from the company. The complaint is quite specific.

SEC is not charging anyone other than Gendarme..




Please provide a link that says the SEC is not investigating or not going to charge RCCH. According to recent history, investigations and filing of complaints is the first anyone hears about ongoing investigations.

that should be your first clue.



The biggest CLUE should be the DTCC has put a Global Lock on the settlement of RCCH shares and has no termination date in sight for that lock. Do you suppose the Lock is indefinite or do you expect it to be lifted? If so when and after WHAT KIND OF INVESTIGATION?
