LMAO Do your homework and DD. Know what you're talking about! Otherwise you are a deceiver: there is a SLIGHT chance nothing happens, but maybe that presents another opportunity for some other company to come along. Maybe even bigger and more lucrative than ZSTN.

There is a very good chance if ECDC is not bought out, they will get some "joint venture" partnerships with ZSTN in China possibly, a marketplace they are not currently in.

There is a better chance of something VERY BENEFICIAL happening between the 2 companies, and either way ECDC benefits because the spotlight and attention is on them considering such a successful company in the marketplace is taking a look at them

THIS IS A WIN-WIN SITUATION! That is not even looking at the innovative product ECDC has and all the success they will have throughout this year! We will see what develops.

You can't seriously be comparing an unsigned band sending a random letter of interest to a music company to a legitimate letter of mutual interest between two publicly traded corporations. ECDC and ZSTN have agreed to enter major COMPANY CHANGING discussions. I'm sure half of the letters you see in the music biz are from teenagers jamming in garages or rapping on street corners. Your analogy is absurd. If you really think that this incredibly important development "doesn't mean shi*" then you'll be shocked by what happens next week.
