Nah, why sell to refineries for 700% mark up if they can get more than 700% elsewhere? JBII makes a better product than refineries make. It would be like selling filet mignon to McDonalds so that they can make Big Macs.

They arent "reliant" on anybody else. Expansion plans have nothing to do with fuel sales from Niagara Falls production. And I doubt a partner who already has permits in a much easier state requires a year. That's just almost as silly as claiming workers costs $100/hour. Almost.

Uh, yeah, "when pink pigs fly". I remember these statements:

Pigs will fly when JBI hits $1.

Pigs will fly when JBI hits $2.

Pigs will fly when JBI hits $3.

Look at all the pink pigs flying around up there, lmao!

I'm glad you agree it takes a while to complete a deal, it does, it's been six months and JBI are just releasing details about contracts, that fits within your time line right. Modules being built at the Niagara Falls factory, easy to transport and assemble at another location (good thing they have a machine shop at the factory so they can build what they need for now) I figure two months to install and test. Since they are more than likely using recycling facilities (plenty of room for multiple processors at the Thorold, ON site) permits are not as much of an issue as they already have a solid waste permit and more than likely an air permit. The stack test from CRA will come in handy. They can already prove what the processor makes, five companies have validated the fuel, most recently the Alberta Resource Council and Southwestern Research Institute. JBI already have to prove to the New York Department of Environmental Conservation that they produce fuel that can be sold (call them, they can confirm it). I bet they have already started preliminary work on permits. JBI have someone who knows about selling fuel in the U.S. and Canada.

So, using your time line, JBI has a second P2O site fully operational within five-six months, hope it's not that long but you could be right.
