Nah, why sell to refineries for 700% mark up if they can get more than 700% elsewhere? JBII makes a better product than refineries make. It would be like selling filet mignon to McDonalds so that they can make Big Macs.

They arent "reliant" on anybody else. Expansion plans have nothing to do with fuel sales from Niagara Falls production. And I doubt a partner who already has permits in a much easier state requires a year. That's just almost as silly as claiming workers costs $100/hour. Almost.
