The S1 filing comes to announce the share structure as a result of the drawdown arrangement. I don't think an S1 gets filed each time they draw down; in fact, because Auctus will not have beneficial ownership I am not sure anything ever gets announced.
I will be accumulating on any weakness and periodcally before .025 to .03. I want many, many more shares before this things goes to the moon. Or I want to go out in a blaze of glory! LOL
