That is how I'm reading it as well. However in your example the stocks that were sold to Auctus would be at .2325 (.25 less 7%) so they would be SOLD roughly 1.075,000 shares = $250000. IMO and with Composed DD on the other companies that were researched, it appears the they filed the S1 each time a drawdown was requested. Thus giving the shareholders a heads up. And Of Course This Is All Just My Opinion.
