I think that R/S talk is just a bad rumor as far as June is concerned. Having said that, I expect one to be announced before the end of the year assuming the company continues to report the same kind of numbers every quarter. By the time they get the Kodiak deal done, and cover their notes, there will be plenty of shares OS.
Can't recall where I seen it, but the Kodiak deal, in its entirety, is like 5 billion plus shares at .0064, but of course, the price much lower now. Kodiak can resell many, but not all these shares, not sure what the exact number is. Regardless, they can get enough shares out there so that FLTT can R/S in the not so distant future.
