Yes but once the S1 goes throug we should be seeing the SP go up. Then when we draw on Kodiak the dilution will nto be as bad. The point is not to draw all the 11mil at .004... What is the point in that just to print more shares.. I hope not.. I am looking forward to the quarterly reprot that should be out this week. Unless they file late .... again...... TTY
