Panguna is mine...the land it is on is held by a landowner. She is not one of the wealthy landowners that wants BCL back. Perhaps you know of her. She owns the land, not BLC-Rio. They leased it. A lease that expired in 2001. Anyways, there are only two ways BCL will ever return to Panguna: by negotiating with Meekamui/ABG govts, which will entail a lot of kissing of feet, or by force, which would mean breaking the peace negotiated years ago with Aus/PNG.
