I had always assumed that a RS would be required to make this a "respectable Co. " in the eyes of instatutional buyers

Lowtrade,

I am not nervous about the GTEL r/s. I feel that we should have gone ahead to the NASDAQ though if we are doing a r/s. I felt the AMEX was great for us without having to do the r/s to get off the otc.
I knew in time our share price would have reached a level at which we could get the institutional investment anyway. I am conflicted now about whether this is the best decision. Understand that I mean the BEST for shareholders (longs and shorttimers).

In no way am I saying that this was a bad move... just wondering what if....we all know the value of this company. .15 to 1.00. What will it take to get that kind of return from a 4.00 starting point now?

lowtrade I agree my two cents...Posted all these on RB

1)juststocks-I can't tell you how pleased I am with the R/S.

We are in a win win situation.People have to try and understand what is taking place here.It is nothing short of greatness.A company that will have contracts coming from everywhere and not just the strat.

Bottom line is a company with a healthy bottom line can just continue to improve its products and services.

Not mention create new ones.

Cheers

2)Here is the truth about those that are disappointed about R/S.You all were banking on the stock going to a higher PPS
and becoming millionaires.

Well,if you own say 100000 shares @ 0.27 you now own 6666
6666x$50.00=$333,300.00 minus taxes, well you are not going to be a millionaires on GTEL.But not bad either.

So you can imagine that many that post here own less than 100k,so you can see why the disappointment.

3)ANSWER TO THE $50.00 figure.

Its my own personal believe.

I was in on INSP in August of 02' and road that wagon all the way to $52.
So believe me it can and will happen with GTEL.

This is a company about to change communications as we know it.

There are a lot of doubting Thomas out there.

Now the bashers will find something else to bash about.

Now the the company is unfolding what appears to be history in the making.

You have to ask yourselves

"Why did you buy into this company to begin with"

Me-CEO TOUGH BUFFED HUFF!
