a good thing would be private placement of restricted shares for some cash to fund distribution expansion or new product research.

or share offer for an acquisition or partnership.

i'm guessing you have some inside info on such, but for most, an increase in OS in pinks is an omen of dilution dumping to come. this may be what caused someone to dump their shares at the bid this morning.

i'm still holding here, but this may give some folks pause for thought.

if there is good reason for the 3m new shares, best to PR that soon, or the stock price may suffer.

CSJ...I believe you are correct. It tells me they are preparing for the big PR...finally. They are readying themselves for selling into the large PPS rise we will see although my guess it will be after we hit a few dollars and then we will start seeing some dilution perhaps.
