Don't forget RPX represents major companies and has some big time backers. According to their prospectus (they just IPOed this week) these companies include:

Google, Cisco, Sony, Samsung, Nokia Verizon, SAP, Sharp, & Panasonic (among others).

Does RPX know more about raising cash for bids than IDCC?
