Again remember, it was Pawson with Dennis together who told Angela(LOM) she was not getting the CEO job,it was going to Burton.
The fact that Pawson was with Dennis at that critical time when the compnay was dying and Dennis was leaving , indicates Pawson was in charge . He had control while Dennis left . He was and has been there behind the curtain and still is. All the decisions and planning for the transfer of control went through Pawson.
