According to the BNPD press release in April 2011 things went a little differently:

These previous buyers and consultants did not have the funding to complete the transaction and control has therefore been conveyed to this new team of proven management who has changed the direction to Texas Oil and Minerals, Inc. a third generation Independent Oil and Gas Producer.

How can anyone trust a person that says they have no contact with the company and is not an insider. But transfers his account so he can get and share (to a select few) sensitive company information?
I think one statement was true: The sec will be involved, imho.
Excellant .!!! He gave me some more details including that it was supposedly Monique Berry that was "guilty" party in the cosmetic "scam". He claimed she told Dennis there was a contract when there wasnt and he was told the money was deposited monthly , which it wasnt. so he spent money he never hadand went broke. NICE STORY. He also told me Berry and Shen and Ragnell were shorting the BEHl shares. They were supposedly purposely damaging the company , causing the share price to drop and short selling to make HUGE profits. That was another of his versions of the downfall of BEHL. He also kept using the word WE when discussing the decisions being made to supposedly save the company. He was clearly showing me HE was involved. He made it sound like he was and is part of the company to me. He was clear it was WE!! Not they. WE.
Since all the shares have not been converted, what did we expect. A nice juicy story about the whole ordeal and how DF is completely innocent and was duped by the evil cosmetic queen. Now as they say, "gentlemen start your trading." That's exactly what Pheaton was hoping to hear. But it won't amount to much. The facts have not changed.
