Austin, common shares -in THIS plan- don't vote. So you have no option there.

Voting on any POR is based on whether there is a full, partial, or no recovery stated in that POR.

Full recovery securities/classes, get NO VOTE -- they are deemed to "accept" because they get full recovery.

Partial recovery securities/classes, do VOTE -- H's are deemed to be partial, P/K's 0-1%, so that's partial recovery.

NO Recovery in the plan, such as the Commons, get NO VOTE -- They are "Deemed to Reject the plan" - (duh!, right?)
