The EMPZ CEO Maury Peters will be making a huge mistake if he raises the 1.98 billion Outstanding Shares before running this up in pps and to create shareholder value like he said in his press release and reward loyal shareholders. In my opinion he should do a share buy back program to get this to 1.3 billion outstanding shares.
