If I were to ponder, I'd guess someone has been picking up shares for quite awhile, whilst they also sell some in order to play the MM's and keep the ask from climbing.
Why else would one dump shares after a big buy like that?
Who invests over $6k on a penny stock with no liquidity without knowing something?
I'm also going to ponder/guess the Q1 financials will be the best we've seen in 2 years.
Further speculation makes me think this is an insider/boardmember, maybe, accumulating through another means than themselves directly.
What I'm getting at is Mr. L.W. and his China Star investment co.
It's all speculation on my part. I have nothing to back it up.
