In fact, the only incentive is to NOT be innovative to possibly ensure the receipt of the $1MIL PRIZE.

If that were true, they'd allow sorbents, which have been used for many decades. No, I kinda think they were looking for rapid surface oil removal. Or maybe it's just Wendy collaborating with Shell in some sort of twisted conspiracy because Shell oil wants to spill oil and spend money to clean it up and would resist innovation that might put a stop to it efficiently and cheaply.

The only ones waiting with baited breath on the top 10 competitors in the contest are MOPN shareholders. No one really cares until the winner's announced as that solution might actually get somewhere. MOPN' already said they have no chance, which they never had. Did MOPN even trade today? Five pennies and no one wants to buy it?
