I agree. If people cannot see that Jeff is honest vs Joe who is not are you blinds to the facts? The thing that points that out is simple. Dean as CEO dilution price dropped with more he did. Joe as CEO plans even more dilution. Doesn't care what that will do to our share price and then wants r/s as well.

Jeff as CEO for now 7 months no more dilution and fighting them to stop more happening. I sure appreciate he is standing between Joe and more dilution. Josh sure isn't.

We all complain about how pinksheet CEO's are crooks. IMO the main reason is dilution never seems to end. That they never seem to do anything but sell more and more shares. Then do r/s and start over. Joes plan.

Well Jeff has shown now for 7 months he is not like other penny stock CEO's. He could have just kept doing what Dean did increase a/s and sell more shares but he did not. Instead he is only reason by stopping more dilution we are still even or higher then when he became CEO in Sept. Not many penny stock CEO's for 7 months stop dilution and having stock drop big. Dean never went 7 months without more dilution and big decreases in stock price.

Dean destroyed QASP for shareholders. Joe shows us with his dilution plans he will continue same as Dean. If people cannot see the difference with Jeff vs what Dean/Joe/Josh want find by me. I guess you cannot see the fact is Jeff stopped the dilution and drop in stock price for 7 months. He is only reason why we are not billions more o/s and price at .0001.

IMO Joe's actions have wasted a great deal of time and resources --- this deal could have been completed much earlier on better terms, but for his obstruction and interference -- he threw everything but the kitchen sink to block this deal -- insidious destructive and self serving behavior, that has put at great risk QASP shareholders, employees and creditors, and cost dearly. He underestimated Owens and Jeff, as most people would have buckled under the weight of this sustained nonsense. I can't wait for him to get his just deserts.
