1. I agree with you. There are less than 10% so they can sell them without notifying the public.

2. The conflict of interest is that Talarico somehow became CEO of APRM after his company MGI was "paid" 47.8m shares to merge APRM into a public company. Kind of a backwards way of dilution in my opinion.

3. 4 companies ? I am only talking about the 1 company. That being MGI that owns all the shares here. 5 persons from that 1 company own 70% of o/s and 50% of a/s. With Talarico owning another 963k (the person who owns MGI). I really don't know what other 4 companies you to speak of. But I do know that around 49m shares that all lead back 1 company.... MGI
