IMO, that's a very interesting choice of words from George, don't you think: "... Can't comment ..."

Not "Don't have any idea", not "Haven't had time to think about it", not "Could be interesting".

No ! His choice of words is "... Can't comment ...".

Now, why do you suppose THAT is ???
