there after.JV's/acquisitions still in negotiations; will be easier once
fillings are up-to-date.
Can't comment on the impact on ICOA from BOINGO's IPO.I personally believe
it is positive for the Wi-Fi industry.

Is the 2009/2010 financial almost done and the wisp merger, and is there
going to be any more mergers/jv to come? Is Boingo going to help ICOA where
