Just doing DD. Dean told us he submitted on April 5th, 2010. Yet we are seeing a "request for extension" to submit A.I. in early June.

Was it an informal A.I. request? Or did Dean get an immediate A.I. from the FDA after submitting in April and somehow determine "that it was not a material event" and thus no SEC filing?

These are important things because the actions of the CEO after these dates and how they relate are important.
